Casa Kokopeli is located on the Pacific coast of Mexico in the village of Troncones. We are just 25 minutes from the major tourist destinations of Ixtapa and Zihuatanejo and only 40 minutes from the International airport (ZIH) .

Troncones is a small village with miles of nearly empty golden sand beaches, multiple amazing surf breaks and so much more. A quiet and laid back atmosphere, friendly locals and modern conveniences make Kokopeli and Troncones a fantastic option for your next vacation destination.

Kokopeli is a 3-bedroom, 4-bath beachfront home with air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The house has an upstairs dormitory style room. Total sleeping space for up to 12 people. There is a spacious kitchen, dining and living area in a separate building that faces your private pool and the beach. There is also a separate, self-contained apartment that can be rented if additional space is needed.

Kokopeli is located within easy walking distance of the village, shopping and an excellent variety of restaurants. The property is walled with secure parking inside.

Accommodations

Each bedroom suite has a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom and a closet area. Both bedrooms downstairs can be made up into two singles. Patio doors open in front of the bedrooms to your private porch with comfortable rocking chairs for that first cup of morning coffee.

The upstairs features dormitory style sleeping arrangements for up to 8 additional guests.

In addition, there is a separate apartment available with the rental of house with a kitchen, patio and private bath which can sleep up to 3.

Balance due 45 days prior to check in.

Cancellation Policy: 50% refund of deposit with 90 days notice.
