November 1st to March 31st*
$350 US/night

*Holiday Season: December 20th to January 4th and Easter (two weeks surrounding Easter Sunday)
$400 US/night

April 1st to October 31st
$275 US/night

all taxes included, for up to eight, $15 US per extra person.

10% discount for stays of ten or more nights except during holiday season.
Minimum stay: Three nights all year except for the two weeks surrounding
Christmas and Easter when the minimum stay is five nights.
Rates subject to change without notice but agreed rate
will be respected once initial deposit is received.

50% deposit required within 5 days to confirm reservations.
Balance due 45 days prior to check in.

Cancellation Policy: 50% refund of deposit with 90 days notice.
Travel insurance recommended.
